The Trials of Tom DeLay: We're Still In Act One, People
Josh Marshall reminds us that the stuff Ronnie Earle's working on isn't the only -- or even the nastiest -- stuff that DeLay is facing. The Abramoff probe is still happening, and if by some miracle DeLay escapes Earle's net (and it's beginning to look as if Hot Tub's fresh out of miracles nowadays), the Abramoff connection will be enough to ensure DeLay's place in prison, as well as a place in the history books next to Mark Hanna and other notorious fixers. The tanker truck of popcorn is backing into my driveway even as we speak. :-)
