FSU Prof: Yup, Gore Won Florida -- And The Nation -- In 2000
Ho-hum. Yet another well-researched and scientifically impeccable document showing how Mister Thirty-Five Percent stole the 2000 election. But will favorable mention of this document be allowed into the mainstream corporate media?

It's nice that someone with the credentials and stature to be acknowledged as an authority has confirmed what we knew 5 years ago. Mr. deHaven-Smith, however, doesn't point out in this interview that counting those "write-in overvotes" isn't optional. The Florida statutes in effect during the 2000 election required elections officials to review the ballots for write-in votes and to count "double votes" for the same candidate.
