More GOP Values

Via Atrios:

The former prosecutor who negotiated the deal that kept President Bill Clinton from being indicted in the probe of his sexual relationship with White House intern Monica Lewinsky has been charged with stalking an ex-girlfriend, a law enforcement official said. Robert Ray surrendered to cops last night after Manhattan resident Tracy Loughlin, 40, filed a complaint.
The Republicans' "moral high road" is built on the quicksand of hypocrisy.
Comments:
Speaking of which, Ken Starr has apparently managed to evade any disciplinary action for having submitted a false statement on behalf of a client by blaming it on his co-counsel, who in turn blamed it on an investigator the two lawyers used.

It was Ken Starr's name that went on the petition for clemency, so he was at the very least negligent. But, to paraphrase Leona Helmsley, taking responsibility for one's actions is for little people.

The most surprising thing about this is that Robert Ray could get a girlfriend. Could this be a euphamism?

The list of Republican hypocrits, sexual division, is almost as long as the number of false "scandals" alleged against the Clinton administration. If you count the other possible crimes it's much longer.

"The most surprising thing about this is that Robert Ray could get a girlfriend."

Never underestimate the allure of power. I mean, how many times has Rush Limbaugh been married?

Lips that touch Limbaugh will never touch mine. Should be a pledge that young people make at puberty.

I'm not sure what Limbaugh gets could exactly be called girlfriends. I remember hearing that he once refered to Daryn Kagen as his "mistress" on air. Smooth, no?
