Securing Our Border
In Bush's speech on immigration last night, he talked generally about "securing our borders", but all the specifics were about the southern border.
...up to 6,000 Guard members will be deployed to our southern border. ...we must ensure that every illegal immigrant we catch crossing our southern border is returned home. ...I will ask Congress for additional funding and legal authority, so we can end "catch and release" at the southern border once and for all.But the "immigration crisis" is not about fear and loathing of Brown People. Oh no.
