Why Am I Not Surprised?
Who's the person running the NSA's data collection program? He's James M. Cusick, assistant deputy director of the NSA for data acquisition. He's Mr. Data Acquisition. He's the specialist in charge of building collection systems that can acquire vast amounts of data, and his unit is the one that is running this program. Guess who he gave money to in 2004?
