    Unfortunately, it's not only the BBC reporting this trash. The Independent also had a report. They demur, "The professor has caused outrage in the past with claims that white people are more intelligent than blacks and that criminal traits are genetically inherited." But they doesn't go as far as saying the findings are about as scientific as Intelligent Design.
