Bankruptcy II: Because MBNA Hasn't Screwed You Over Enough
Oh, come on. This is disgusting. We're talking about a bill that allows the banks to penalize you for trying to pay off your loan early -- thus forcing you to be chained to it and to their usurious interest rates. Go here and take action now. Let's see if we have enough lead time to nip this in the bud.
