If you read Drudge and the other guys in the right-wing half of the blogosphere, chances are you know all about how a group of businesses are suing the Minneapolis StarTribune for allegedly fudging circulation numbers. But what you probably don't know is that this lawsuit is a response to the Strib's suing them back in April for being deadbeats. In other words, they're hoping that the Strib will decide that the costs of legal action against them outweighs the lost ad revenue. (If they're also politically motivated, then they're probably also hoping for guilt-by-association, since Newsday has been in the news because of their actual circulation scandal.) And now you know -- the REST of the story.
