FEMA Is Confused
In AMERICAblog, Kyle reports seeing evacuees lined up to receive food stamps. There's just one line. People are waiting six and a half hours. And they can only get to the food stamp facility by walking for miles.
Poor people, mostly black, having to go to an inconvenient location and stand in line for hours. What does FEMA think this is, an election?
