Ohio Gov. Taft does the limbo.

How low can he go? Thanks to the invaluable American Progress Action Fund Report, we learn that "At 15 percent, [Governor Robert] Taft has the lowest approval ratings in the country for a state official", which Gallup pollster Frank Newport says is mathematically difficult to achieve, presumably because 15% of the voters think that Taft's grandfather still occupies the seat. To fend off the push for electoral reform, Ohio Republicans have hired-- who else?-- the Swift Boat ad people
