Brown Prattled, New Orleans Drowned
While people were drowning or starving to death in their attics in the Ninth Ward, FEMA's once-and-future chief Michael Brown was much more focused on his footwear. For his own sake, Brown'd better move to an undisclosed location. With plenty of guard dogs.
