None Some Dare Call Them Zampolit
I saw this post by Atrios today, and immediately thought "Oh, goody -- the zampolit are running the rest of Bush's Avignon government, it fits that they're now running NASA, too." Over at Daily Kos, a fellow Kossack is thinking much the same thing. And he names names, and calls them what they are: Commissars, or zampolit as they eventually came to be known under the Soviet government.
