Actually, I think they're INS, on the lookout for illegal immigrant squirrels. We've had an influx of black squirrels in the last three years, and I suspect at least some of them are undocumented.

Well, if they're Canadian, make sure they have a passport, and if they're Mexican that they're signed up with the guestworker program.
