Incompetent, idiot, lying, Christian ponies for everyone

[Correction 3/16-17: the numbers listed in the Pew poll are NOT percents. They are total respondents. I have now converted this to percentages and revised the post. It doesn't change the general conclusions, but it definitely shows how blind I have become.] The Pew poll Atrios drew our attention to actually rank orders the first word people come up with when they think of Bush. Here are the top contenders: Incompetent 4.0% (up from 1.8% since February 2005) Good 3.2% (up from 2.6%) Idiot 3.0% (up from 1.4%) Liar 2.3% (up from 1.2%) Christian 2.0% (up from 0.9%) Honest 2.0% (down from 5.0%) Now, what's really weird is that "Christian" is up by more than double. Maybe that word has become a synonym for "crook."
Comments:
Apparently Christianity isn't what it used to be.

Just wait until the storm season really kicks in. Those tornados the other day were more than a local disaster they are a sign that this year is going to be really, really bad.

And Iraq isn't about to turn better.

Bush is going to have a very bad year.

No tornados in Washington, and even hurricanes tend to give the the place a bye. Plus Jenna and Barbara have for some unknown reason refused to enlist for Daddy's War.

I'm sorry to say, but the American people are likely to have a far worse year than Bush.
