Sucker Bet

Michael Hayden is such a great choice to head the CIA, even some Republican leaders are opposed. I bet $200 that as soon as Congress shuts down for Memorial Day, Bush gives Gen. Hayden a recess appointment. Any takers?

I get the sense Bushco is planning to ram Hayden through to prove they got the mojo.
