It Isn't Paranoia If They Really Are Out to Get Us (2)

A few days ago, I posted a story about a man who was rescued from his house in New Orleans because a soldier went into the house to look for survivors — in defiance of orders. I commented, "It's like they want the 'rescuers' to go through the motions to look like they're trying to save lives, but they really don't want people brought out alive." If I'm paranoid, at least I'm in good company Atrios linked to a Blah3 post, "Shorter New York Times: FEMA Still Sucks", and commented:

At some point it has to be deliberate. No one is this incompetent.
He's right. Not even George Wastrel Bush has screwed up this much in one lifetime.
